HTC has introduced a new budget phone HTC Wildfire E Lite in the Wildfire series in South Africa. This is an Android 10 (Go Edition) smartphone.

HTC Wildfire E Lite features a 5.45-inch (1440×720 pixels) HD+ 18:9 IPS display and runs on Android 10 (Go Edition). It packs a 2GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio A22 processor with IMG PowerVR GE83200 GPU. The phone has 2 GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage with an option to expand storage up to 256GB.

It has a dual camera with 8 megapixels primary camera and a 2 megapixels depth camera. The phone also has 5 megapixels selfie camera.

The fingerprint sensor is on the back panel. COnnectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz,5GHz), Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and micro USB. It packs a 3000mAh battery.

HTC Wildfire E Lite is priced at 1,549 South African Rand (USD 104) and is now up for sale in the country.
