BookMyShow launches its own movie streaming service “BookMyShow Stream”

BookMyShow has launched its own movie streaming service called “BookMyShow Stream .” The service offers content on a pay-per-view basis. One can rent a movie or buy it permanently to stream it anywhere at any time.

Users can buy the movie permanently or get it on a rental basis for an infinite period. Pricing depends on the selection you make and would range between Rs. 40-700.

BookMyShow claims that over 600 movie titles and 72,000+ hours of content are available for users to buy or rent for watching online. For this service, BookMyShow has partnered with some big movie studios such as Sony Pictures, Warner Brothers, and Universal Pictures for international content.

“BookMyShow Stream will be one of the first Indian streaming platforms to host acquired content from independent film distributors like PictureWorks, Superfine Films, Impact Films, Kahwa Entertainment and VR films,” BMS claimed. 

BookMyShow Stream will be available on BookMyShow’s mobile app and website. It will also be available on Apple TV, Android TV, Fire Stick, and Chromecast. You can also download content to watch offline and also cast from phone to TV.
