Blizzard has confirmed that Diablo II is getting a big overhaul in a new remaster version. The new version of the game “Diablo II: Resurrected” will be launched later this year.
Diablo II: Resurrected will be available on PC, Switch, PS4, PS5, and Xbox Series X and S, with cross-progression between PC and console.
The remaster will feature support for high-resolutions up to 4K (2160p). Those who own a Battle.net account can also keep their progress regardless of what platform they play on.
Along with Diablo II: Resurrected, the company is also working on a mobile spinoff called Diablo Immortal and the next full-fledged title, Diablo IV.
