Samsung unveils Galaxy Chromebook 2 with QLED display

Samsung has unveiled its latest Chromebook called Galaxy Chromebook 2. It is a 2-in-1 device with a QLED display.

Galaxy Chromebook 2 comes with a 13.3-inch touchscreen QLED display. It also supports USI Pen input that can detect 4,096 levels of pressure. The laptop is quite thin with 13.9mm thickness and it weighs just 1.23 kg.

The laptop comes with up to 10th Intel Core i3 CPU up to 8GB of RAM and up to 128GB of storage. There is also a microSD card slot to get additional storage.

Samsung promises 14 hours of battery uses with 45.5 Wh battery. There are two 5W speakers with Smart AMP feature. It also Jas a backlit keyboard and 720p webcam.

The laptop comes with two USB-C ports, a headphone/microphone combo jack, Wi-Fi 6 (ax 2×2) and Bluetooth 5.0.

Galaxy Chromebook 2 also costs about half of what the 2020 model cost. It starts at just $550 though you only get Intel Celeron 5205U in this model. Galaxy Chromebook 2 will be available in the US before the end of March.
