LG has launched its budget phone LG K42 in India. It is priced at Rs. 10,990 and comes with 2 years warranty.

LG K42 features a 6.6-inch 20:9 HD+ FullVision Display with a hole-punch for the selfie camera. The phone is powered by 2GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P22 12 nm processor with IMG PowerVR GE8320 GPU. It has 3GB RAM and 64GB storage with an option to expand storage up to 2TB.

The phone has a quad camera that includes 13 megapixels primary rear camera, 5 megapixels 115° Ultra-wide sensor, 2 megapixels macro sensor, and 2 megapixels depth sensor. It also has an 8 megapixels selfie camera

LG K42 features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It also has a dedicated Google Assistant button. The phone is MIL-STD 810G certified to offer military grade durability.

It comes with 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS / GLONASS, and USB Type-C connectivity. The phone packs 4000mAh built-in battery.

LG is also providing customers with a 2-year extended warranty and free one-time screen replacement.

The phone will be available from Flipkart starting from January 26.
