Along with a 2-in-1 gaming laptop Flow x13, Asus has also announced ASUS ROG Zephyrus Duo 15 SE and Strix SCAR 17 gaming laptops at CES 2021.
Zephyrus Duo 15 SE is a dual-screen laptop that features a 15.6-inch primary display and a secondary 14.1-inch touchscreen or Screepad as Asus calls. The primary display has up to 4K UHD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate, 3ms response time, and 100% Adobe RGB color gamut coverage. Screenpad is a touchscreen and will be available with either a UHD- or FHD-resolution panel.
It is powered by up to AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX mobile CPU and up to NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 GPU. The laptop also packs 16GB of DDR4 3200MHz memory and an open SODIMM slot for up to 16GB additional memory. It also comes with up to 1TB PCIe NVMe SSD. The laptop has an upgraded Active Aerodynamic System Plus (AAS+) cooling system.

ROG Strix SCAR 17 comes with a 17-inch full HD IPS-level panel with a 360Hz refresh rate, 3-millisecond response time, and 100% sRGB color gamut coverage. This makes it a laptop with the fastest display on any laptop. It is powered by a up to Ryzen 9 5900HX processor and up to RTX 3070. It packs up to 64GB RAM and 1TB SSD.
Asus has used liquid metal on the AMD CPUs, an extended heat spreader, and up to six heat pipes to keep the machine cool.
