WhatsApp has rolled out a new update that brings some interesting features to both Android and iOS apps.
The most notable update brings custom chat wallpapers. So, users can add different chat wallpaper to different chat. It will prevent users from sending the wrong message in the wrong chat. You can also now choose separate wallpaper for light and dark mode settings.
“Watch your chat wallpaper automatically transition as your phone device setting switches from light to dark mode,” says Facebook.
The company is also bringing default doodle wallpaper in more colors. You can also change the wallpaper brightness if you want.
Along with custom wallpaper chats, Facebook has also improved sticker search. So, users can search for stickers with text or emoji. Sticker app creators will have to tag their stickers with emojis and text for the search.
These features will be coming to Android and iOS apps soon. Facebook is now rolling out the update this week. Some iOS users have already received these features.
