OPPO has announced the Reno5 5G and Reno5 Pro 5G smartphones in the Reno series in China. OPPO Reno5 5G starts at 2699 yuan while the Reno5 Pro 5G starts at 3399 yuan. OPPO Reno5 5G packs Snapdragon 765G and Reno5 Pro 5G packs Dimensity 1000+.
OPPO Reno5 5G features a 6.43-inch (2400 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone runs on Android 11 with ColorOS 11.1 out of the box. It packs an Octa-Core Snapdragon 765G processor with Adreno 620 GPU. The phone comes in two models: 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage.
The phone has a quad-camera setup that includes 64 megapixels primary camera, 8 megapixels Ultra Wide camera, 2 megapixels macro camera, and 2 megapixels mono camera. It also has 32 megapixels selfie camera.
OPPO Reno5 5G has an under-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include 5G SA/ NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, and USB Type-C. It packs a 4300mAh battery with 65W Super Flash Charge fast charging.
The base model of Reno5 Pro 5G with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at 2699 yuan while the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage version costs 2999 yuan.
OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G comes with a 6.55-inch Full HD+ 3D OLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It runs on Android 11 with ColorOS 11.1 out of the box. The phone packs an Octa-Core Dimensity 1000+ 7nm processor with Mali-G77 MC9 GPU. You can get the phone with either 8GB RAM and 128GB storage or 12GB RAM and 256GB storage.

The phone packs a 4350mAh battery with 65W Super Flash Charge fast charging.
OPPO Reno5 Pro 5G with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage will be available at 3399 yuan and you will have to pay 3799 yuan for the 12GB RAM with 256GB storage version.
Both the phones will be available in China starting from December 18th.
Oppo has also confirmed that it will introduce Reno5 Pro+ 5G with Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC and 65W super flash charge on December 24.
