Leading cloud-based no-code app creator platform Appy Pie has launched an all-new chatbot builder. Currently, this feature is in Open Beta and lets users create a chatbot in just three simple steps.
The platform has several templates for chatbots to choose from. Depending on the kind of chatbot you want to make, select the bot type, and then proceed to further options.
The chatbot builder includes answers for your bot based on AI, NLP, and ML. The chatbot can respond to most queries. In case it cannot, it will give customers an option to chat directly with the live agent.
The chatbot builder also lets you quickly integrate your chatbot on websites. The company will also soon launch a plug-in for WordPress to easily integrate your chatbot on your WordPress based websites.
Talking about the new offering, Appy Pie founder Abhinav Girdhar said, “We are also giving our customers the option to go for live chatbot wherein once a botflow is completed, it would automatically redirect the customer to a live agent. The chatbots can also be customized with regard to look & feel and there’s also a first-in-the-segment provision to integrate a brand logo with the same.”
