Samsung has announced a new foldable phone Galaxy W21 5G, the successor of last year’s W20 5G. This phone is for China and has been developed in partnership with China Telecom. It is priced at 19999 yuan and is now available for order.
Samsung Galaxy W21 5G features a 7.3-inch QXGA+ Infinity-O Dynamic AMOLED foldable display along with a 6.23-inch HD+ Super AMOLED Infinity Flex cover display. It runs on Android 10 with One UI 2.5.
The phone packs Octa-Core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865+ with Adreno 650 GPU. It also has 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage.
It has a triple camera that includes 12 megapixels primary camera with f/1.8 aperture, PDAF, OIS, 12 megapixels telephoto camera with OIS, 2x optical zoom, up to 10x digital zoom, and 12 megapixels 120° Ultra-Wide camera. It also has a 10 megapixels cover camera and 10 megapixels selfie camera.
Galaxy W21 5G has stereo speakers tuned by AKG and features Dolby Atmos. It has a side-mounted Fingerprint Sensor. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ax (2.4/5GHz), HE80, MIMO, 1024-QAM, Bluetooth 5, GPS with GLONASS, USB Type-C (Gen 3.2), NFC, and MST.
The phone packs a 4500mAh battery with 25W wired and 11W wireless (WPC and PMA) charging support.
