Finally Apple has unveiled its first 5G phone called iPhone 12.

The new iPhone 12 is 11% thinner, 15% smaller, and 16% lighter than the iPhone 11. It comes with a 6.1-inch OLED display. The display has a peak brightness of 1200 nits and supports Dolby Vision, HDR 10, and HLG. The phone still features the same a wide notch at the top of the display to house a selfie camera and different sensors for Apple’s Face ID technology.

The iPhone 12 packs a powerful A14 Bionic chip that boasts to be the fastest chip ever in a smartphone. This chip is built on 5nm process technology. It has a 6-core CPU with 2 high-performance cores and 4-efficiency cores. It also includes a 4-cores GPU. Graphics performance is now 50% faster and the Neural engine is now 80% more powerful.

Apple also confirms that League of Legends will be coming to Apple by the end of this year.

It has a dual camera that includes 12-megapixel f/1.6 main camera and 12 megapixels ultra-wide angle camera. Apple also says that it has improved low-light performance and brought a few more improvements.

The iPhone 12 comes with a dual camera setup with 12 megapixels primary camera.

Apple’s new iPhone 12 comes with 5G connectivity. Verizon CEO Hans Vestberg was present at the launch event to confirm the nationwide launch of the carrier’s sub-6 5G network.

The iPhone 12 will come in black, white, blue, red, and green.

Apple also introduced MagSafe for the iPhone to improve the wireless charging experience. This is basically a magnetical system to properly connect Cases, charges, and other accessories snap onto the iPhone 12 magnetically. Apple also introduces a dual wireless charger for the iPhone and Apple Watch featuring new MagSafe tech.

The iPhone 12 starts at $799. The phone starts at Rs. 79,999 in the Indian market.
