After launching Android 11 for select devices, now Google has released Android 11 Go for low-end devices. This OS can work on devices with 2GB of RAM or less.
Google claims that Apps will launch 20 percent faster on Android 11 Go than they did on Android 10 Go. That means improved performance. Google has added gesture-based navigation in the UI.
Android 11 Go comes with features like grouped notifications from chat apps, granting apps one-time permissions for camera or microphone, and more. It comes with Safe Folder in Files by Google to keep personal files and folders password protected.
Google said that it will be available sometime next month but it is not clear if it will be available in new devices or will also be coming to existing Android Go devices.
