Vivo’s sub-brand has just launched two new flagship phones iQoo 5 and iQoo 5 Pro in China. These phones come with 120Hz refresh rate display, Snapdragon 865, triple camera, and 120W fast charging.

iQoo 5 and iQoo 5 Pro feature the same 6.56-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The one difference is that the Pro version has a 3D curved screen.

Both the phones pack Snapdragon 865 with Snapdragon X55 5G modem, up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and up to 256GB storage. There’s a VC liquid cooling system with a 12751mm area offering 21.4% better heat dissipation.

The camera setup is different. iQOO 5 comes with a 50 megapixels primary with Samsung GN1 camera, 13 megapixels 120° ultra-wide camera, and 13 megapixels portrait camera with 2x zoom. On the other hand, iQOO 5 Pro has 50 megapixels primary Samsung GN1 camera with OIS, 13 megapixels ultra-wide camera, and 8 megapixels periscope camera with OIS and 5X optical zoom.

Both the phones have 15 megapixels selfie camera. Other features include In-display fingerprint sensor, Stereo speakers, USB Type-C audio and Hi-Fi audio. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ax, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/GLONASS, and USB Type-C.

iQOO 5 packs 4500mAh battery with support to 55W flash charging. iQOO 5 Pro comes with a 4000mAh battery with 120W ultra-fast flash charging.
