Gionee has today launched a budget phone, Gionee Max, in India. The phone is priced at Rs. 5999 and comes with a large 5000 mAh battery.

Gionee Max features a 6.1-inch HD+ 2.5D curved glass Dewdrop display with 1560 × 720 pixels resolution. It runs on Android 10. The phone packs 1.6GHz Octa-Core Unisoc SC9863A processor with IMG8322 GPU, 2GB RAM, and 32 GB storage. Storage is also expandable up to 256GB with microSD.

It has a dual camera with 13 megapixels primary camera and a secondary depth sensor for bokeh photos. The phone also features a 5 megapixels selfie camera.

Connectivity options are 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS + GLONASS, and micro USB. Gionee Max packs 5000 mAh battery.

Gionee Max weighs 185 grams and measures 148 x 70.9 x 10.75mm. It comes in Black, Red and Royal Blue colours.

It will be available from Flipkart starting from August 31st at a special price of Rs. 5999.
