After weeks fo rumors, Activision has finally revealed that the Call of Duty 2020 will be Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War. The teaser video claims that the game is “inspired by actual events” and it features a speech by a real KGB defector to help illustrate its point.
The game will be formally unveiled on August 26th. We should also have more details of the game on the day.

The teaser video just hinted at the game plot. We didn’t get a chance to see any gameplay.
The game has been developed by Treyarch and Raven Software. Raven Software tweeted that they are working on “This year’s Call of Duty”. It suggests that the game could ship by the end of 2020.
