Chinese smartphone company Oppo has announced its latest mid-range 5G smartphone Oppo A72 5G in China.

Oppo A72 5G comes with a 6.5-inch FHD+ 2.8D display with a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone runs on ColorOS 7.2 based on Android 10. It packs Octa-Core MediaTek Dimensity 720 7nm processor with Mali-G57 MC3 GPU. The phone has 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.

There’s a triple camera that includes 16 megapixels primary camera, 8 megapixels 119° ultra-wide-angle camera and 2 megapixels mono camera. It also has an 8 megapixels selfie camera.

The phone has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It also has 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Bluetooth 5, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, and USB Type-C connectivity. Oppo A72 5G packs 4040mAh battery with 18W charging.

Oppo A72 5G measures 162.2×75.0×7.9mm and weigh 175g. The phone comes in Black, Violet and Neon colors.

It is priced at 1899 yuan and is already up for order.
