Lava has launched a new budget phone Lava Z61 Pro in the Indian market. The phone is priced at Rs. 5774 and will be available across the country soon.

Lava Z61 Pro features a 5.45-inch (1440 x 720 pixels) HD+ 2.5D curved glass display. The phone runs on Android but the company didn’t confirm the version. It packs 1.6GHz Octa-Core SoC but we also miss the chipset information. There’s 2 GB RAM and 16GB storage with an option to expand storage up to 128GB.

The phone has 8 megapixels rear camera with LED flash and 5 megapixels selfie camera. The camera app features portrait mode (bokeh), burst mode, panorama, filters, beauty mode, HDR, and night mode.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, GPS, and micro USB. There is no fingerprint scanner but it supports face unlock. It packs a 3100mAh battery.

The phone will be available in Midnight Blue and Amber Red colors. It will be sold from both online and offline stores.
