Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has officially launched its X50 series in China. The series includes three smartphones Vivo X50, Vivo X50 Pro, and Vivo X50 pro+. Vivo X50 is also the slimmest 5G phone to date.
All the models feature Super Night Mode and Astro Mode for clear pictures of the night sky. These phones also use motion deblur algorithm and continuous focus tracking to offer good videos at night. Vivo has also added a Gimbal Radar within the camera UI. It reflects the gimbal’s movement and lets users know when the frame is stable.
Vivo X50 Pro+
Vivo X50 Pro+ is the highest-end model and comes with Samsung’s new 50-megapixel 1/1.3-inch ISOCELL GN1 sensor. This sensor can capture 12.5MP photos in binned mode.
This phone features a 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+. It packs Snapdragon 865 with up ti 12GB RAM and up two 256GB storage.
The camera setup includes 50 megapixels primary camera, 13 megapixels portrait camera, 8 megapixels periscope camera and 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera. It also features 32 megapxiels selfie camera.
Vivo X50 Pro+ packs 4315 mAh battery with support to 44W fast charging. The fingerprint sensor is under the display.
Vivo X50 Pro
Vivo X50 Pro comes with 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED with HDR10_ and 90Hz refresh rate. The phone packs with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.
It has quad camera with 48 megapixels primary camera, 13 megapixels portrait camera, 8 megapixels periscope camera and 8 megapixels ultra-wide camera. The phone features 32 megapixels selfie camera.
Vivo X50 Pro packs 4315 mAh battery with 33W fast charging. It also has In-Display Fingerprint Scanner.
Vivo X50
Vivo X50 also ahs 6.56-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate and HDR10+, but it has flat display unlike the Curved display in other two models. The phone packs Snapdragon 765G with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB storage.
This model also has a quad-camera setup with 48 megapixels primary camera, 13 meagpixels portrait camera, 8 meagpixels ultra-wide camera and 5 megapixels macro camera. The phone has 32 megapixels selfie camera
It has In-Display Fingerprint Scanner and 4200 mAh battery with 33w fast charging.

Vivo has already confirmed that the series will also be launched internationally, but we don’t know when. Vivo India has also confirmed the availability of this series in India.
