MediaTek has announced two new budget SoCs in the gaming-focused G series. These SoCs are Helio G25 and Helio G35. Both chipsets are built on a 12nm manufacturing process.
MediaTek Helio G25 features 8x ARM Cortex A-53 CPU cores clocked at 2.0GHz. It comes with PowerVR GE8320 GPU clocked at up to 650MHz. On the other hand, MediaTek Helio G35 features 8x ARM Cortex A-53 CPU clocked at 2.3GHz and includes PowerVR GE8320 GPU clocked at up to 680MHz.
The most notable feature of these chipsets is MediaTek HyperEngine that offers intelligent resource management to ensure smooth performance.
