Huami has launched its smartphone Amazfit Bip S in India. The smartwatch was unveiled at CES 2020 in January and is an upgrade to the Amazfit Bip Lite launched in India last year.

The smartwatch comes with 1.28-inch transflective colour TFT display. The display has 2.5D curved Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and anti-fingerprint coating. The 5 ATM water-resistant build makes it suitable for daily usage.

Amazfit BIP S features 10 sports modes including Treadmill, Outdoor running, Walking, Indoor cycling, Outdoor cycling, Open water, Pool, Yoga,
Elliptical trainer, and Freestyle. There are built-in GPS and GLONASS dual-mode positioning for accurately tracking your route and distance.

It features Bluetooth v5.0 and Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for connecting to smartphones. The watch works with smartphones running at least Android 5.0 or iOS 10. You need to install Amazfit mobile app for that. You can smartphone notifications and also control music on your phone using thaw tch.

This smartwatch also features continuous heart rate tracking and supports heart rate warning.

It packs 200mAh battery and promises up to 30 days of usage on a single charge. Battery backup can go up to 40 days with minimal usage.

Amazfit Bip S is priced at Rs. 4999 and is now available across the country from online via Amazon, Flipkart & Myntra, and offline via Croma, Reliance Digital & Poorvika Mobiles.

At this price, this watch will directly compete against Realme Watch launched last month at Rs. 3999.
