Finally Twitter allows users to schedule tweets right from the web app. If you compose a tweet on the web, you will see a little calendar icon on the bottom row of icons. Clicking on it will ask you to specify the time when the tweet should be published.

Twitter started experimenting with this feature back in November but wasn’t available to many users. Now you can access this feature by logging in your Twitter account on the web.

Not just schedule tweets, Twitter’s web app now also lets you save draft tweets. But drafts’ won’t be sync to Twitter’s mobile app. However, drafts saved on the web will be sync to other instances of the web app.
