Vivo’s independent sub-brand iQOO has launched its latest 5G phone iQOO Z1 5G in China. Like previous iQOO phones, iQOO Z1 5G is also a gaming phone.
iQOO Z1 5G features a 6.57-inch Full HD+ LCD display with HDR10+, 144Hz refresh rate, and DCI-P3 color gamut. The display has a punch-hole at the top right corner for the selfie camera. iQOO claims a 90.4% screen-to-body ratio. It runs on Android 10 with iQOO UI 1.0.
The phone packs latest MediaTek Dimensity 1000+ SoC and features liquid cooling. It also has Mali-G77 MC9 GPU to handle graphics. The phone comes in three models including 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 256GB storage.
There’s a triple camera setup that includes 48 megapixels primary camera with Sony IMX582 sensor, 8 megapixels 112° ultra-wide sensor and 2 megapixels macro sensor.
Fingerprint sensor is located on the power button at the right side. The phone also has Stereo speakers and comes with Hi-Res audio certification. Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6 802.11 ax, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS/GLONASS, and USB Type-C. It packs 4500mAh battery with 44W Super FlashCharge 2.0 fast charging.
iQOO Z1 5G measures 163.97x 75.53x 8.93mm and comes in Sky Blue, Blue Black and Silver colors. It weighs 194.78g.
