Xiaomi just announced its latest smartphone Xiaomi Mi 10 Youth Edition at an event in China. The phone comes with impressive specs and supports 5G connectivity.
Mi 10 Youth Edition features a 6.57-inch full HD+ AMOLED waterdrop notch display with HDR 10+. It also has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 Protection. The phone runs on Android 10 with MIUI 11 out of the box but is upgradable to MIUI 12.
The phone comes in Deep Gray, Blue-Green Gradient, Orange, Milk Green and Pink-White Gradient colour options. Dimensions measure 164.06×72.77×7.88mm and it weighs 192g. It has U-shaped notch at the top centre side of the display.
It packs octa-core Snapdragon 765G 7nm processor with Adreno 620 GPU. The phone comes in three variants that are 6GB RAM with 64GB storage, 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, and 8GB RAM with 128GB storage.
There’s also a quad-camera setup that includes 48 megapixels primary camera along with 8 megapixels ultra-wide sensor, 8 megapixels telephoto camera with OIS, 5x optical, 10x hybrid zoom, 50x digital zoom and 2 megapixels macro camera. It also has a 16 megapixels selfie camera.
Mi 10 Youth Edition features an in-display fingerprint sensor and infrared sensor. It also has Smart PA, Hi-Res audio, and 0.91cc speaker for good audio.
Connectivity options include 5G SA/ NSA / Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, Dual-frequency (L1+L5), GPS/GLONASS/Beidou, NFC, and USB Type-C. It packs 4160mAh battery with 22.5w fast charging.
