Vivo V19 with 6.44-inch FHD+ display, Snapdragon 712, 48MP quad cameras, 32MP dual front cameras announced

Vivo has announced its new smartphone Vivo V19 in Indonesia. This is the successor of Vivo V17 launched last year. Vivo V19 was set to be announced last month but delayed due to the COVID-19 crisis.

Vivo V19 features a 6.44-inch FULL HD+ Super AMOLED display with a dual hole-punch at the top right side of the display. The display claims to offer up to 800 nits brightness and DCI-P3 color gamut. The phone runs on Android 10 with Funtouch OS 10 out of the box.

The phone features glass sandwich design with 3D curves. It is 8,5 mm thick and weighs 186.5g. You will have Sleek Silver and Gleam Black color options.

It packs Octa-Core Snapdragon 712 processor with Adreno 616 GPU. The phone also has 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and comes in 128GB or 256GB storage options. There’s also a microSD card slot to expand storage.

The phone has a quad-camera setup with 48 megapixels primary camera, 8 megapixels wide-angle camera, 2 megapixels depth camera and 2 megapixels macro camera. There’s also a dual selfie camera with 32 megapixels primary and 8 megapixels secondary wide-angle camera.

Connectivity options are Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac dual-band, Bluetooth 5, GPS/GLONASS, and USB Type-C. It packs 4500mAh battery with 33W Vivo FlashCharge 2.0 fast charging.

The base variant with 128GB storage costs 4299000 Indonesian Rupiah while the 256GB model costs 4999000 Indonesian Rupiah. It will soon be available in global markets including India but there’s no official information about the global rollout yet.
