Samsung has introduced two new smartphones Samsung Galaxy A71 5G and Samsung Galaxy A51 5G in the US market. It is worth noting that the company launched Samsung Galaxy A71 and Samsung Galaxy A51 with LTE connectivity in India a few months back. With the 5G models, the company aims to bring 5G in the mid-range segment.
Samsung Galaxy A51 5G features a 6.5-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,400 pixels) Super AMOLED Infinity-O Display. It packs Exynos 980 SoC with built-in 5G support. The phone also has Mali-G76 MP5GPU. It comes with 6GB and 8GB RAM options with 128GB storage.
The phone has a Quad-camera with 48 Megapixels primary sensor, 12 Megapixels 123° ultra-wide angle sensor, 5 Megapixels depth sensor and 5 Megapixels macro camera. It also has 32 megapixels selfie camera.
It has 5G 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz) VHT80 MIMO, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C connectivity. There’s also an in-display fingerprint sensor. The phone packs 4500mAh battery with 15W fast adaptive charging
Samsung Galaxy A71 5G also has almost the same specs but the only difference in the display and rear camera setup. Samsung Galaxy A71 5G also has a quad camera setup but the primary sensor is 64MP as compared to 48MP in Samsung Galaxy A51 5G. Other sensors include 12 Megapixels 123° ultra-wide angle sensor, 5 Megapixels depth sensor and 5 Megapixels macro camera.
Samsung Galaxy A71 5G has a 6.7-inch full-HD+ display, Samsung Exynos 980 Soc, Mali-G76 MP5GPU, 6GB/8GB RAM, 128GB storage and In-display Fingerprint sensor. It also has 32 megapixels selfie camera.
Connectivity features are 5G, Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz) VHT80 MIMO, Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. It also packs 4500mAh battery with 25W super fast charging.
Samsung Galaxy A71 5G price starts at $599.99 while the Samsung Galaxy A51 5G starts at $499.99. Both the phones will be available in Summer 2020.
