Facebook has launched the Messenger desktop app for Windows and macOS. So, you can now access Messenger calls directly from your computer.
Messenger saw a more than 100% increase in calls from desktop during the time when people are staying at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Messenger app for desktop offers an easy way to connect Facebook friends. The app offers person to person video calls, group video calls, text messages, and notifications. All the chats are sync across mobile and desktop.
With the desktop app, you can now have access to your conversations and calls on a larger screen.
Messenger desktop is now available for Windows in the Microsoft Store and macOS from the App Store. If you regularly use Messenger to connect with your friends, you can download and install the app on your PC. Video calls on the big screen are always better.
Facebook claims that every feature of Messenger Including Chats, Video calls, Dark Mode and GIFs are available on the desktop app. Here is a video to see the Messenger desktop app in action.
