Honor 30S with 6.5-inch FHD+ display, Kirin 820 and 4000mAh battery launched

Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has also launched a few phones in China. The company has launched a new mid-range smartphone Honor 30S.

Honor 30S features 6.5-inch Full HD+ LCD 2.5D curved glass display. The phone has a punch-hole at the top left corner for the selfie camera. It runs on Android 10 with Magic UI 3.1.1.

The phone is powered by Huawei’s Kirin 820 5G processor and there is ARM Mali-G57MP6 GPU for graphics. It packs 8GB LPDDR4x RAM with 128GB or 256GB storage.

Honor 30S

Honor 30S comes with a 64 megapixels quad-camera that includes 64 megapixels primary camera, 8 megapixels 120° ultra-wide camera, 8 megapixels telephoto camera for 3x optical zoom and 2 megapixels 4cm macro camera. It has a 16 megapixels selfie camera.

The fingerprint sensor is located on the power button at the side. It offers 5G SA/NSA, Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac (2.4GHz/5GHz), Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C. The phone packs 4000mAh battery with support to 40W super Fast charging.

Honor 30S comes in Black, Green and Blue colors. Dimensions of the phone also include 162.31 x 75.0 x 8.58mm and it weighs 190g.

Honor 30S is priced at 2399 Yuan for the base variant and 2699 Yuan for 256GB storage. It will go on sale from April 7 in China but it is already up for order.
