Redmi India has just confirmed that they are coming with a new budget phone. Xiaomi VP Manu Kumar Jain also tweeted to confirm the launch of a phone along with a surprise announcement.

The tweet says “Desk ka Dumdaar smartphone” that we all know is the Redmi A series. So, the company will launch Redmi 9A, the successor of Redmi 8A, on February 11. The second announcement could bee Redmi branded power bank.

There is no official confirmation about the power bank, but there have been a few rumors about the Redmi power bank in the past few days. We have also seen a teaser video that confirms the premium design and it may also support fast charging.

It seems Redmi 9A will be launched in India before its launch in China. This phone could come with MediaTek Helio G70 chipset and dual camera along with a larger battery.
