Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note 10 Lite

Samsung has just announced budget versions of the company’s popular flagships Galaxy S10 and Galaxy Note 10 ahead of CES 2020. These budget versions are Galaxy S10 Lite and Galaxy Note 10 Lite. With these new phones, Samsung aims to bring premium features of high-end phones at affordable price points.

Both the phones look the same from the front and feature 6.7-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-O displays offering 2400 × 1080 pixels resolution. The top center has a tiny hole for the selfie camera.

Galaxy S10 Lite packs Snapdragon 855 processor with Adreno 640 GPU while the Galaxy Note10 Like comes with Samsung Exynos 9810 processor with Mali G72MP18 GPU. Both the phones will be available in 6GB RAM and 8GB RAM options with 128GB UFS 2.1 storage. Storage on S10 Lite is expandable up to 1TB while you can expand the storage of Note10 Lite up to 512GB.

Both the phones pack triple cameras, but camera setups are different and the design of the back as well. Galaxy S10 Lite comes with 48 megapixels primary camera with OIS, 12 megapixels Ultra-Wide camera and 5 megapixels macro camera. Note 10 Like packs 12 megapixels Dual Pixel primary camera, 12 megapixels telephoto camera and 12 megapixels Ultra-Wide camera. Both the phones come with 32 megapixels selfie camera.

Samsung has added an in-display fingerprint sensor in both the phones. Note 10 Lite also comes with S Pen that features the same Bluetooth Low-Energy support and lets users control the phone.

Connectivity options are the same and include Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac (2.4/5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS with GLONASS, USB 3.1, NFC and MST. Both S10 Lite and Note 10 Lite pack 4500 mAH battery with support to 25W fast charging.

Galaxy S10 Lite comes in Prism White, Prism Black, and Prism Blue colors. On the other hand Galaxy Note 10 Lite comes in Aura Glow, Aura Black, and Aura Red colors.

Samsung has not confirmed the pricing detail. Both the phones will be showcased at CES 2020 that will be held from January 7 to January 10. We should know the pricing details soon.
