HMD Global has launched recently announced Nokia 2.3 in the Indian market. This phone is priced at Rs. 8,199.
Nokia 2.3 features a 6.2-inch HD+ (720×1520 pixels) in-cell display with a 19:9 aspect ratio and a waterdrop notch. The phone runs on Android Pie and the company promises guaranteed upgrade to Android 10 in the future.
The phone has a polymer body with a 3D nano texture on the back. It also has a dedicated Google Assistant button.
It packs a quad-core MediaTek Helio A22 SoC with IMG PowerVR GE-class GPU and 2 GB RAM. The phone has 32GB storage that is further expandable up to 400GB via microSD card slot.
Nokia 2.3 features a dual-camera that includes 13 megapixels primary camera with f/2.2 aperture and 2 megapixels depth camera. It also has 5 megapixels selfie camera with f/2.4 aperture.
Connectivity options include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v5.0, GPS/ A-GPS and Micro-USB (v2.0). It packs 4000 mAh battery.
It is priced at Rs. 8,199 and will be available starting December 27. It will be sold from official Nokia India e-shop, authorized retail stores, Croma, Reliance, Sangeetha, Poorvika, Big C, and MyG outlets.

HMD Global will be offering a one-year replacement guarantee to customers who purchase the phone on or before March 31 next year. This is applicable only if they notice any hardware failure or a manufacturing defect in the phone.
Jio users will also get benefits worth Rs. 7,200 if they opt for the Rs. 249 and Rs. 349 prepaid plans. They will get Rs. 2,200 in cashback from Jio, discount worth Rs. 2,000 from Zoomcar and Rs. 3,000 Cleartrip vouchers.
