Motorola just announced its latest One series smartphones Motorola One Hyper. This is the first Moto phone with a camera. There’s a pop-up selfie camera, so it offers a full-screen display with no notch and hole.

Motorola One Hyper features a 6.5-inch Full HD+ LCD display with minimal bezels. The display has a 19:9 aspect ratio and a pixel density of 395ppi. The phone runs on Android 10 with Pura Android experience.

Motorola One Hyper packs 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 675 processor with Adreno 612 GPU. It has 4GB RAM and 128GB storage with an option to expand storage up to 1TB with a microSD card.

The phone has a dual-camera setup on the back that includes 64 megapixels Quad Pixel camera with LED flash, f/1.9 aperture and 8 megapixels 118-degree Ultra-wide camera with f/2.2 aperture. There is also a TOF camera. It comes with Motorola’s camera AI technology like HDR, Night Vision and Portrait Mode. It comes with a 32 megapixels pop-up selfie camera with the same Night Vision mode.

Motorola claims that the pop-up camera has drop protection. If the phone is accidentally dropped, it will retract the camera to keep it safe.

Motorola One Hyper comes with a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, NFC, and USB Type-C. It packs 4000mAh battery with 45W Hyper charging.

Motorola One Hyper will be available in Deepsea Blue, Dark Amber, and Fresh Orchid colors. It measures 161.8x 76.6x 8.9mm and weighs 210 grams.

The phone is already available in the US unlocked from Motorola.com in selected countries of Europe and the Middle East.
