Vivo has launched a new smartphone Vivo U20, the successor of Vivo U10 in the Indian market. Vivo U20 starts at Rs. 10990. Vivo U20 has a bigger display, better camera, faster storage and powerful chip than Vivo U10 launched earlier.

Vivo U20 features a 6.53 FHD+ IPS LCD display with 1080×2340 and a water-drop notch at the top. Vivo claims about a 90.3% screen-to-body ratio.

The phone packs an octa-core Snapdragon 675 processor with AI Engine. It is also an improvement over Snapdragon 665 in Vivo U10. Vivo U20 will be available in 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 64GB storage models. The phone has a dedicated microSD card slot to expand storage up to 128GB.

The phone runs on Vivo’s Funtouch OS 9 based on Android 9.0. It supports system-wide Dark Mode and comes with several pre-installed apps such as Whatsapp, Facebook, WPS Office, Dailyhunt, Gaana, and Amazon Shopping.

Vivo U20 features a triple camera setup that includes 16 megapixels primary camera, 8 megapixels Super wide-angle camera and 2 megapixels macro camera. It also has a 16 megapixels selfie camera. Camera features include Bokeh, Slo-Mo, Super Macro, HDR, Filters, AI Portrait Framing, Live Photo, Panorama, doc scanner, and AI Face Beauty.

Connectivity options include 4G VoLTE, Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi, GPS, GLONASS, dual-SIM, and micro USB port. It packs a 5000mAh battery that can easily last for two days. The phone supports fast charging and Vivo is also offering 18W fast charger within the box.

The phone has 8.89mm thick and weighs 193g.
