Today, Lenovo announced the launch of two new business laptops Lenovo ThinkBook 14 and ThinkBook 15 in the Indian market. These laptops aim to offer portability without any compromise in performance.
Lenovo ThinkBook 14 comes with a 14-inch full-HD IPS display and It is powered by Intel Core i7 SoC, along with AMD Radeon 625 graphics. It comes with dual drive support with up to 2TB HDD and up to 1TB M.2 PCIe SSD.
The Lenovo ThinkBook 15 features a 15.6-inch full-HD IPS display. It packs 10th Gen Intel Core i7 SoC, coupled with AMD Radeon 620 graphics. It also has a dual drive with an option of up to 2TB HDD and 1TB M.2 PCIe SSD. Both
One can have up to 24GB DDR4 RAM in both the models. Both the models feature USB Type-C (Gen 2), hidden USB port, and Wi-Fi 6 support. You get Windows 10 Pro out of the box. There’s also a full-sized keyboard with optional backlight and one-piece touchpad.
These laptops also feature a built-in Wi-Fi security feature that alerts if it detect any malicious networks in real-time. Both the models also feature a fingerprint reader-integrated Power on button. It turns on the device only after it recognizes the fingerprints.
Both the laptops have a physical shutter designed to cover built-in webcam when it is not in use. Lenovo calls it ThinkShutter.
As the laptop aims business users, the company has also given a dedicated button to answer or hang up Skype for Business calls. It also features Skype for Business-certified microphones and stereo speakers with Dolby Audio.
Lenovo claims up to 12 hours and support for RapidCharge technology. This fast charging is rated to charge up to 80 percent of the battery in one hour.
Lenovo ThinkBook 14 and ThinkBook 15 will go on sale in India from December 1 with a starting price of Rs. 30,990.
