Amazon has launched a plug-in smart speaker called Echo Flex in the Indian market. This device plugins into the charging point and gives you the ability to voice control compatible smart home devices.

You can use it to control compatible lights and smart home devices. It has a microphone to listen to your voice command. When you do not want to use it, you can turn off the microphone using a dedicated button on it.
Amazon Echo Flex can also be used to announcements on other Echo devices installed in the household, or add items to the shopping list, Thee responses will come through the speaker on the device. You can also connect it to your preferred speakers using Bluetooth or a 3.5 mm audio cable for higher audio output.
There’s a built-in USB port so you can charge your phone or other devices. This port has a 7.5W output.
Amazon Echo Flex is priced at Rs. 2999 and is now available for pre-order from Amazon.in. Shipping will start on December 10th.
