Realme has just announced its latest flagship phone Realme X2 Pro at an event in China. This is the first flagship phone from the company that will be competing against Redmi K20 Pro and OnePlus 7T.
Realme X2 Pro features a 6.55-inch FHD+ display with HDR10+ support, 90Hz refresh rate and hardware-level DC Dimming 2.0. The company claims a 91.7% screen-to-body ratio. The phone has waterdrop notch above the display.
The phone has a 3D glass back with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. The front side also has Gorilla Glass 5. It comes in White and Blue colors.
It packs Octa-Core Snapdragon 855 Plus with Adreno 640 GPU. The phone also features liquid cooling along with superconducting carbon fiber for improved heat dissipation You have three different models including 6GB RAM with 64GB storage, 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 12 GB RAM with 256GB storage. Here, the company has used LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.0 storage.
It runs on Android Pie with ColorOS on top. The phone also has an in-display fingerprint scanner. It comes with Dual Stereo Speakers with Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res audio certification.
Realme X2 Pro comes with a 64MP quad-camera setup that includes 64 megapixels primary camera with Samsung GW1 sensor, f/1.8 aperture, and EIS along with 13 megapixels telephoto camera with up to 20x hybrid zoom, 8 megapixels ultra-wide-angle camera with 115° field of view and 2 megapixels depth camera. The phone also features 960fps slow-motion. There’s a 16 megapixels front camera with a Sony IMX471 sensor and f/2.0 aperture.
It offers 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz) 2×2 MIMO, Bluetooth 5, GPS, GLONASS, NFC, and USB Type-C. The phone packs 4000mAh battery with 50W SuperVOOC fast charging. The company claims that the phone can be charged up to 60% in 15 minutes and up to 100% in 35 Minutes.
Along with regular variants, the company has also announced Realme X2 pro Master Edition that has frosted glass, logo and master signature design on the back.

- 6GB RAM with 64GB storage: 2699 yuan
- 8GB RAM with 128GB storage: 2899 yuan
- 12GB RAM with 256GB storage: 3299 yuan
It will be available for sale starting October 18th. Realme has already confirmed that the phone will be launched in India in December.
