HMD Global has just launched its latest mid-range smartphone Nokia 6.2 in the Indian market. The phone is priced at Rs. 15999 and is now available from Amazon.in. Nokia 6.2 was announced last month at IFA 2019.

Nokia 6.2 features a 6.3-inch FHD+ Waterdrop PureDisplay with HDR10. The phone uses a dedicated Pixelworks visual processor to upscale video content to HDR quality in real-time. So an ordinary video will also look much better on this display than other smartphones of this segment. The display also has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection

The phone packs Octa-Core Snapdragon 636 with Adreno 509 GPU and 4GB RAM. It also has 64GB of storage that is further expandable up to 512GB via a dedicated microSD card.

Nokia 6.2 runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) and is upgradable to Android 10. The update is also expected to hit soon.

It has a triple camera setup that includes 16 megapixels primary camera, 8 megapixels 118° ultra-wide-angle camera and 5 megapixels depth camera. It also has 8 megapixels front camera with ZEISS optics and f/2.0 aperture.

The phone has a fingerprint sensor located on the back panel. It also has a dedicated Google Assistant button. Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. It packs 3500 mAh battery.

Even if the chipset of the phone is not as powerful as other phones of this segment, this phone stands out due to its display.
