Huami has launched its new smartwatch Amazfit GTS ahead of the festive season in India. It is priced at Rs. 9999 and will be available starting 13th October’19.

Amazfit GTS comes with. 1.65-inch (348×442 pixels) AMOLED display. The display has 341ppi pixel density and 2.5D Gorilla Glass 3 protection. It displays the collected data like GPS map, distance, pace, calories, bpm range, altitude, time, and much more. The watch is also 5 ATM water-resistant. It comes with silicone strap and customers can swap them for a 20mm strap.

It has 12 sports modes including running, treadmill, walking, outdoor/indoor cycling, elliptical trainer, pool/open water swimming, mountaineering, trail running, skiing and exercising. It also has 24 hours of heart rate monitoring. The company claims that the watch captured detailed heart data and abnormal values detection warnings. Other notable health features include sedentary reminder, calorie consumption, sleep analysis, and more.

The smartwatch also has a 6-axis acceleration sensor and GPS + GLONASS positioning sensors.

The battery life of the watch is also good as the company claims 14 days of battery backup. This is with continuous heart rate tracking feature disabled. If you enable this feature, battery life will be around 22 hours.

The watch supports both Android and iOS platforms. You can use companion app to access the data and other options.
