Vivo has launched its new mid-range smartphone Vivo Z1x in India. The phone is priced at Rs. 16990 and will be available from Flipkart and Vivo online stores starting September 13.

Vivo Z1x features a 6.38-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED Halo FullView display with a U shaped notch for the selfie camera. The display also has SCHOTT Xensation Glass protection. It runs on Funtouch OS 9.1 based on Android 9.0.

It packs Octa-Core Snapdragon 712 10nm processor with Adreno 616 GPU and 6GB RAM. It also has 64GB and 128GB storage.

The phone has a triple camera setup that includes 48 megapixels primary camera with f/1.79 aperture, 8 megapixels 120-degree ultra-wide lens with f/2.2 aperture and 2 megapixels depth camera with f/2.4 aperture for portrait shots. There’s a 32 megapixels selfie camera with f/2.0 aperture.

Vivo Z1x comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner that claims to unlock the phone in 0.48 seconds

The phone has Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C connectivity options. It packs 4500mAh battery with 22.5w fast charging. The phone can be charged up to 50% in 30 minutes.

The phone comes in Fusion Blue and Phantom Purple colors. It weighs 187g.
