Nokia 7.2 with 6.3-inch HDR PureDisplay, Snapdragon 660, triple rear cameras announced

Along with Nokia 6.2, Nokia has also launched Nokia 7.2 at IFA 2019. Nokia 7.2 is also the mid-range phone offering a good display.

Nokia 7.2 features a 6.3-inch FHD+ Waterdrop PureDisplay. The phone also has dedicated Pixelworks visual processor to upscale video content to HDR quality in real-time. The display also comes with high brightness and local contrast enhancement to make it easy to view the content event in brighter conditions. Display also has Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

It packs Octa-Core Snapdragon 660 processor with Adreno 512 GPU. It comes with 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage models. Storage is also expandable up to 512GB with microSD card. It has dedicated microSD card slot.

It runs on Android 9.0 that is upgradable to Android 10.

The phone features a triple camera that includes 48 megapixels Quad Pixel rear camera with f/1.79 aperture, 8 megapixels 118° ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture and 5 megapixels depth camera. It also has 20 megapixels Quad Pixel fort camera with f/2.0 aperture.

Nokia 7.2 has a fingerprint sensor on the back panel. It also dedicated Google Assistant button and Notification LED.

Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, Type-C 2.0, and NFC. It packs 3500 mAh battery.

Nokia 7.2 starts at €299 and will be available from September.
