Xiaomi has just launched its new Android One phone Xiaomi Mi A3 in the Indian market. The phone starts at Rs. 12999.

Mi A3 comes with a 3D curved glass back that shows a holographic effect. The phone comes in three colors including Not Just Blue, More Than White and Kind of Grey. The phone also has a splash-resistant P2i coating to prevent splashes and spills.

The phone features 6.08-inch HD+ Super AMOLED display and runs on Android 9.0 (Pie). Xiaomi has also promised that Mi A3 will be one of the first devices to get Android Q update. It packs Octa-Core Snapdragon 665 processor with Adreno 610 GPU. You get 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, 6GB RAM with 128GB storage. Storage is also expandable up to 256GB.

Mi A3 comes with a triple camera setup that includes 48MP primary Sony IMX586 camera with f/1.79 aperture, 8 megapixels 118° ultra-wide-angle camera with f/2.2 aperture and 2 megapixels depth camera with f/2.4 aperture. It also has 32 megapixels front camera with f/2.0 aperture.

The phone has a seventh-gen in-display fingerprint that offers 15% larger fingerprint detection area. It also has an Infrared sensor, so you can use this phone as a remote control for several electronic devices.

Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac dual-band, Bluetooth 5, GPS/ GLONASS/ Beidou, and USB Type-C. It packs 4030 mAH battery with support to 18W Quick Charge 3.0 fast charging.

It will be available from Amazon.in, Mi.com and Mi Home Stores starting from August 23rd. The phone will be available from offline stores soon.
