Xiaomi has just announced two smartphones under the new CC series of smartphones in China. These phones are Mi CC9 and CC9e. Both the phones come with AMOLED display, in-display fingerprint, 48 MP Rear camera, and 32 MP front camera. Primary differences are in processor and display.
Xiaomi Mi CC9 features a 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It packs Octa Core Snapdragon 710 processor with Adreno 616 GPU. It comes in different RAM Storage variants including 6GB RAM with 64GB Storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB Storage.. Storage is also expandable up to 256GB.
Mi CC9 also comes with a special Mi CC9 Meitu Edition with gradient color option. It has specs similar to CC9 and offers highly-customized UI theme. It comes with 8GB RAM with 256GB storage. It also has Meitu camera features, AI low-light portrait feature and Meitu’s single frame depth acquisition technology. There is also a superior AI Beautify feature.
Xiaomi Mi CC9e is smaller with 6.08-inch HD+ AMOLED display and Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It packs Snapdragon 655 with Adreno 610. It comes in 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, 6GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage option. You can also expand the storage up to 256GB.
Both the phones run on Android 9.0 (Pie) with MIUI 10. Other hardware specs re also same.
Both Mi CC9 and CC9e come with a triple camera that includes 48 megapixels primary camera with Sony IMX586 sensor f/1.79 aperture, and EIS. Other two cameras are 8 megapixels ultra-wide angle camera and 2 megapixels depth camera. These phones also offer a 32 megapixels front camera with f/2.0 aperture.
There is in-display fingerprint sensor and Infrared sensor. Both the phones pack same 4030mAh battery with Quick Charge 4.0 and 18W charger comes within the box.

Xiaomi Mi CC9 will be available in China starting July 5 and Xiaomi Mi CC9e will be available in China from July 9th.
