Redmi K20 Pro with 6.39-inch AMOLED display, Snapdragon 855, Triple Camera Launched Starting at Rs. 27999
Xiaomi’s sub-brand Redmi has launched its flagship phone Redmi K20 Pro in India. The phone packs powerful hardware and starts at Rs. 27999.
The phone has Aura Prime 3D curved back design. The back has a flame pattern in blue and red that looks really beautiful. Both the front and the backside has Gorilla Glass 5. The black variant has a unique kevlar gradient texture. There’s a pop-up selfie camera, so it has a full-screen display with narrow bezels. It also has Splashproof P2i coating.
Redmi K20 Pro features a 6.39-inch Full HD+ AMOLED Display. It also supports HDR and offers 19.5:9 aspect ratio. It runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with MIUI 10. It packs Octa-Core Snapdragon 855 7nm processor with Adreno 640 GPU.
There are two variants including 6GB RAM with 128GB storage, 8GB RAM with 256GB storage.
The phone has a triple camera that includes 48 megapixels primary camera having Sony IMX586 sensor, f/1.75 aperture, EIS and Laser Autofocus, 8 megapixels telephoto camera with f/2.4 aperture and 13 megapixels ultra-wide sensor with f/2.4 aperture. This setup can record 4K 60 fps videos and 960 fps slo-mo videos. It also has 20 megapixels front camera with f/2.2 aperture.
Redmi K20 Pro features In-display fingerprint sensor. This is the seventh-generation optical in-display fingerprint sensor that has a 15% larger finger area and can capture the fingerprint optical signal better. Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, Dual-band GPS, NFC, and USB Type-C.
There’s a 4000mAh battery with support for 27W fast charging. The company claims that this tech can charge your phone up to 58% in half an hour. It comes with 18W charger and you will have to buy a 27W charger separately.
