Honor just announced two new smartphones Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro at an event in China. Both the phones are almost the same with only difference in RAM/Storage options and camera.
Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro come with a 6.59-inch Full HD+ display. There’s no notch on the display and the front camera has been shifted to a pop-up module. There’s octa-core Kirin 810 7nm processor with Mali-G52 MP6 GPU.
Honor 9X comes with 4GB with 64GB Storage, 6GB RAM with 64GB storage and 6GB RAM with 128GB storage. Honor 9X packs 8GB RAM with 128GB storage and 8GB RAM with 256GB. Storage on both the phones is expandable up to 512GB.
Honor 9X and Honor 9X Pro also different in the camera. Honor 9X has a dual-camera setup that includes 48 megapixels primary camera and 2. Megapixels secondary camera. Honor 9X Pro has the same camera with an additional 8 megapixels ultra-wide sensor. The front camera is the same, that is 16 megapixels selfie shooter.
Both the phones have Side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options are Dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5.0 LE, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C. Both the phones pack a 4000 mAh battery.
Honor 9X comes in Midnight Black, Blue and Red Colors, but Honor 9X Pro comes in Midnight Black, Phantom Blue Colors. Honor 9X is now available for order and will go on sale in China starting July 30. Honor 9X will be up for order on July 30 and will go on sale in China starting August 9th.
