ViewSonic becomes Google for Education Partner

ViewSonic has announced that its myViewBoard Classroom has become Google for Education certified making ViewSonic a Google for Education Partner.

ViewSonic specializes in visual display technology and has several products including displays, projectors and digital whiteboards.

Now ViewSonic’s myViewBoard Classroom has joined a network of certified educators, tools and technologies. The myViewBoard Classroom is an interactive display with digital whiteboarding software that makes a platform offering educators easy access to their tools, assignments, courses, and documents in one place.

The myViewBoard lets you save lesson content to the cloud. An educator can easily drag and drop images and videos, reorientate and resize as per need. It makes it easier to teach something in an interactive way. It also provides a wide array of annotating pens, painting tools, and sticky notes.

“We are thrilled to be recognized by Google for Education for our efforts in the education segment. This partnership further validates our alignment toward developing complete solutions that deliver concrete benefits in the classroom,” said Bonny Cheng, President of Global Product Group at ViewSonic.

“Looking ahead, we will continue developing innovative and effective solutions for educators and students alike, and help foster a world where technology in the classroom is the norm, but more importantly, is accessible to as many people as possible,” he added.
