Thomson has launched a new 4K smart TV series in India at an event held in New Delhi. This series includes smart TVs of four screen sizes – 43-inch, 49-inch, 55-inch, and 65-inch. All these models run on Android TV OS. Price starts at Rs. 29999 and will go on sale starting June 14.
All these smart TVs offer 4K HDR10 display along with sound systems of DOLBY Audio and DTS TruSurround. The 65-inch model includes a total of four speakers that produces a total output of 40 watts. Other three models include three speakers and produce 30 watts output.
The new televisions from Thomson pack quad-core A53 processor coupled with 2.5GB RAM and 16GB of internal storage.
Newly launched Thomson Android-powered smart TVs come with Google Assistant support. These TVs come with pre-installed apps such as YouTube, Prime Video, Netflix, etc. The company has also included hotkeys for Google Play and Netflix.

Thomson has confirmed that these TVs are also manufactured and made locally under the ‘Make in India’ initiative.
