Huawei P30 Pro software update brings Dual-View video and AR Measure tool

Huawei is now rolling out the second software update for Huawei P30 Pro to further improve the consumer experience. This update mainly adds features to its top rated camera.

The software update (EMUI 9.1.0.161) brings DualView camera feature and an AR Tool that can calculate the height of subjects. It also tweaks HDR and color temperature.

Dual-View video feature uses multiple cameras at once to capture videos. So, you can shoot a video from different angles. In Dual-View, it uses the wide-angle camera for regular video along and another camera for zoomed-in shot. This feature will be helpful while shooing at sports events and concerts. Another notable addition is the AR Measure that lets you measure the size of real-world objects. That is also a useful and interesting feature to play around with.

Huawei P30 Pro is a notable camera phone that features a 40 megapixels primary camera, 20 megapixels ultra-wide angle camera, 8 megapixels telephoto camera and a HUAWEI TOF Camera. There is also a 32 megapixels selfie camera. The phone also has 112 score at DxoMark that makes it best smartphone camera according to people at DxoMark.

Not just camera, the phone also impresses in other things. It has a 6.47-inch OLED display, Octa-core Huawei Kirin 980 processor, 8GB RAM and 4,200mAh battery with support to 40W Super Charge and with support to 15W fast wireless charging. It also supports reverse wireless charging.
