Asus has launched its new Slim and light laptops Asus Vivobook 14 (X412) and Asus VivoBook 15 (X412) in India. Vivobook 14 will be available from Flipkart and offline stores while Vivobook 15 will be available from both online and offline stores.
There are four different colors to choose from. These cools include Transparent Silver and Slate Grey, as well as iridescent Peacock Blue. These colors also change the tone on different light angles.
Laptops come with frameless four-sided NanoEdge displays to give better screen-to-body ratio. VivoBook 14 and 15 offer at least an 87% and 88% screen to body ratio. VivoBook 14 has 14-inch display and VivoBook 15 features a 15.6-inch display. Both the laptop offer Full HD resolution for better display experience.
You also get Windows 10 Home out of the box. So, you don’t need to buy a OS separately.
Vivobook 14 base model comes with 7th Gen Intel Core i3 and goes up to 8th Generation Intel Core i7 8550U processor with NVIDIA GeForce MX230 discrete graphics. You also get up to 12GB DDR4 RAM, up to 512GB NVMePCIe SSD, and 1TB 5400rpm HDD.
Vivobook 15 offers up to an 8th Generation Intel Core i7 8565U processor with NVIDIA GeForce MX250 discrete graphics / Integrated Intel UHD Graphics 620 graphics, up to 16GB DDR4 RAM, up to 512GB NVMePCIe SSD, and 1TB 5400rpm HDD. The base model comes with 8th Gen Intel Core i3.
Both the laptops come with Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 4.2 and HD webcam. For good audio experience, these laptops pack 2 stereo speakers with ASUS SonicMaster technology.
Vivobook 15 also feature a fingerprint scanner for security.
Vivobook 14 and Vivobook 15 both have 37Whr 2-cell lithium-polymer battery.
Both the laptops are now available starting today from online and offline retail stores.
