Realme has just announced its first phone in China and this new phone is Realme X. It will go on sale in China starting May 20th.

Realme X features a 6.53-inch (2340 × 1080 pixels) Full HD+ AMOLED display. The display also has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection. It runs on ColorOS 6.0 based on Android 9.0 (Pie).

The phone packs Octa Core Snapdragon 710 society with Adreno 616 GPU. It comes in three different RAM storage variants including 4GB RAM with 64GB storage, 6GB RAM with 64GB storage and 8GB RAM with 128GB storage.

The phone has a dual camera on the back that includes 48 megapixels primary Sony IMX586 sensor with f/1.7 aperture, 6P lens and 5 megapixels secondary camera. It also has 16 megapixels front camera with Sony IMX471 sensor, and f/2.0 aperture. The phone has pop-up selfie camera and the company claims that the elevating mechanism has been tested 200,000 times.

The phone has in-display fingerprint sensor. Connectivity options include Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 5, GPS + GLONASS, and USB Type-C.

The phone packs 3765mAh battery and supports VOOC 3.0 fast charging.

  • 8GB RAM with 128GB storage: 1799 Yuan

There is also a Master Edition designed by Naoto Fukasawa in Onion and Garlic White colors. This special edition costs 1899 yuan.
