Recently, Realme entered the Chinese market with the launch of two new smartphones Realme X and Realme X Lite. Now Madhav Seth, CEO Realme, has confirmed that the Realme X with pop-up selfie camera will soon be launched in India. He tweeted to make this announcement without revealing the launch date.

We are expecting the India by the end of this month of early next month.

Realme X is the first phone from brand to feature a pop-up selfie camera design for offering a full-screen experience. The phone features a 6.53-inch FHD+ notch-less AMOLED display. The phone has an under-display fingerprint sensor. It packs Snapdragon 710 SoC with up to 8 GB RAM to offer good performance.

The phone comes with a dual camera that includes 48 megapixels primary and 5 megapixels secondary camera. It also has 16 megapixels selfie camera. The phone is shipped with 3765 mAh battery.

Realme is relatively a new brand that just celebrated its first year of existence. In this 1 year, the phone has tasted success and is now competing against India’s number 1 brand Xiaomi. The fight is now direct where executives of both brands are commenting on devices of each other. This competition is giving consumers good devices on aggressive pricing and has also raised the standard of budget and mid-range devices.

Realme X should come to India at the price of around Rs. 20000. This is my guess considering the aggressive pricing strategy of Realme.
