Oppo has launched a new mid-range smartphone Oppo A9x in its A series of smartphones in China. The phone looks to be an upgraded variant of Oppo A9 with 48 megapixels camera.
OPPO A9x features a 6.53-inch Full HD+ display and runs on Android 9.0 (Pie) with ColorOS 6.0. The phone packs Octa Core MediaTek Helio P70 12nm processor with 900MHz ARM Mali-G72 MP3 GPU. It has 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage with an option to expand storage up to 256GB.
The phone has dual camera setup that includes 48 megapixels primary with f/1.7 aperture and 5 megapixels secondary camera. It also has 16 megapixels front camera with f/2.0 aperture.
The phone has a fingerprint sensor located on the back panel. It also offers Dual 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS/GLONASS. It packs 4020mAh battery with VOOC 3.0 fast charging.
The phone comes in Ice Jade White and Meteorite Black colors. Dimensions measure 162 x 76.1 x 8.3m and it weighs 190g.
The phone is priced at 1999 Yuan and is now available for pre-order. It will go on sale in China starting May 21.
